Job summary

Seaboard Marine seeks an experienced corporate trainer to design, develop and deliver trainings for domestic staff across locations. The role uses Docebo LMS to manage, deliver and track training, including HR policies and leadership topics.

You'll conduct live sessions, create engaging e-learning content with Articulate tools, and collaborate with multiple departments to meet training needs while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years designing, developing and delivering corporate training.
• Experience with HR/Company Policy, Leadership, Diversity, Harassment, Interviewing trainings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and deliver E-learning content on LMS.
• Plan and facilitate live trainings/workshops for 5–25 participants.
• Prepare training rosters, records and reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs.
• Research and work with vendors or SMEs for department-specific trainings.
• Serve as backup for New Hire orientation.
