Job summary

Robinson Helicopter Company is hiring a Corporate Trainer to build and manage comprehensive training programs across manufacturing and corporate operations. You will report to the VP of Human Resources and work with Quality, EH&S, Operations, and Engineering to ensure an effective training system that supports proficiency and audits.

You will develop curricula and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and on-the-job training, administer the LMS, maintain records, and lead train-the-trainer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, aviation management, or related field.
• At least five years in corporate or workforce training with curriculum design and instructor-led delivery.
• Experience designing training for production-floor and management audiences.
• Experience administering a learning management system with regulatory/audit-ready records.
• FAA-regulated manufacturing environment experience and safety-training knowledge.
• Ability to develop competency-based assessments and measure training impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain companywide training strategy, plan, curricula, and budget.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and on-the-job training from regs and SOPs.
• Coordinate training with managers and SMEs; ensure content approval before release.
• Administer LMS: course catalog, matrices, assignments, access, records, and audits.
• Maintain auditable records; produce competency evidence for FAA and audits.
• Establish train-the-trainer program for production and quality SMEs.
• Partner with EH&S on Cal/OSHA and safety training requirements.
• Deliver onboarding, production orientation, job aids, and supervisory development.
• Report metrics to leadership and manage training vendors.
