Job summary

Robinson Helicopter Company is hiring a Corporate Trainer to build and manage the companywide training program across manufacturing and corporate operations. You will administer the LMS, develop curricula, and coordinate training with subject matter experts to ensure FAA compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of corporate training experience, including production-floor and management audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, education, aviation management, or related training field.
• At least five years of corporate or workforce training experience.
• Experience designing training for production-floor and management audiences.
• Experience administering an LMS and maintaining regulatory-grade records.
• FAA-regulated manufacturing training or Safety Management System knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the companywide training strategy, annual training plan, curricula, and budget.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and structured on-the-job training from regulations, SOPs, work instructions, and sources.
• Coordinate technical and job-qualification training with managers and SMEs for content approval.
• Administer the LMS, including catalog, matrices, access, records, and recurrency tracking.
• Maintain auditable training records and provide competency evidence for FAA audits.
• Develop tests and competency assessments for proficiency verification.
• Establish a train-the-trainer program for production and quality SMEs.
• Partner with EHS on Cal/OSHA and safety training requirements.
• Design onboarding, production orientation, job aids, and supervisory development programs.
• Report metrics to leadership and manage training vendors and partnerships.
