Robinson Helicopter Company is hiring a Corporate Trainer to build and manage training programs across our manufacturing and corporate operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role partners with Quality, Environmental Health and Safety, Operations, Engineering, and department leaders to maintain an effective training system that supports employee proficiency, FAA compliance, and audit readiness. The position owns the companywide training program and provides functional direction to subject matter experts and designated on-the-job trainers.

The anticipated hiring range for this exempt position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year. The actual offer will be based on documented, job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and geographic location. Eligibility and payment terms are governed by the applicable compensation program.
Robinson Helicopter Company offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible full-time employees regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Robinson Helicopter Company generally schedules a company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's Day. The specific shutdown dates and pay treatment are established and communicated annually. Some shutdown days may be designated as company-paid holidays, while other days may require the use of accrued personal paid time or may be unpaid, depending on employment classification, available leave, and applicable company policy.
This role works in offices, classrooms, and manufacturing areas where noise levels range from quiet to moderate. The position regularly uses a computer and audiovisual training equipment, moves throughout the facility to reach training locations, and stands and speaks for extended periods while delivering instruction. The employee may occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and must follow applicable personal protective equipment requirements in manufacturing areas. Occasional travel is required for vendor training, industry conferences, and field support.
