Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering corporate training or learning solutions; bachelor’s degree required
• Proven ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences that drive measurable improvements in associate behavior, performance, and business outcomes
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and learning evaluation methods, with the ability to use feedback and performance data to continuously improve training effectiveness
• Experience partnering with leaders and business teams to align training initiatives with organizational priorities, operational goals, and change management efforts
• Skilled in building relationships, influencing without direct authority, and providing coaching or guidance to peers, leaders, and learners
• Experience with learning technologies, virtual facilitation tools, and AI-enabled learning solutions
• ATD CPTD certification or equivalent strongly preferred

Job Summary

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities

The Corporate Trainer delivers engaging training programs and learning experiences that support associate development, performance improvement, and business objectives. This role facilitates instructor-led and virtual training, partners with business teams to support learning needs, and helps reinforce consistent processes, knowledge, and service standards across the organization. The Corporate Trainer applies adult learning principles to support learner engagement and knowledge retention while contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the training function. They will partner closely with Instructional Designers and business stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Salary Range:$55,000-70,000
