Job summary

Core Staffing seeks a metrics-driven Corporate Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a hybrid role based in New York City. You will lead on identifying, mapping, and engaging talent across Technology, AI, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy, partnering with corporate recruiters and business leaders to understand role requirements.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse to build pipelines, conduct screens, and track funnel metrics to improve channel performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent sourcing experience within a corporate infrastructure, agency, or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing corporate talent at all levels.
• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse ATS.
• Accustomed to working in a metrics-driven environment with daily/weekly pipeline milestones.

Responsibilities

• Build robust pipelines for diverse corporate tracks, with emphasis on high-demand technical pipelines (AI, software engineering) alongside finance, marketing, and operations.
• Develop and pilot experimental, highly personalized outreach methods to capture elite, passive candidate pools.
• Maximize platforms like Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean logic, and GitHub/Portfolio sites to unearth hidden talent.
• Partner closely with corporate recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand specialized role requirements.
• Conduct introductory screens to assess candidate alignment, technical/professional viability, and core cultural fit.
• Actively track funnel metrics to evaluate channel efficacy, monitor conversion rates, and deliver regular pipeline reports to TA leadership.
