MassMutual is seeking an Accounting Associate II to support Corporate Subsidiaries Controllership. The role focuses on accounting, reporting, and controls for non-insurance subsidiaries with emphasis on investment activity, working with Investment Management and other partners to deliver accurate results.

You will contribute to close cycles, collaborate across teams, and drive process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency within a dynamic accounting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of accounting, reporting, controls and/or governance experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle accounting, reporting and control activities for MassMutual’s non-insurance subsidiaries.
• Partner with Investment Management and stakeholders to analyze transactions and resolve issues.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes and audits.
• Identify, develop and implement process improvements to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to governance, control environment, and legal entity implications of non-routine transactions.
