Qualifications

• 4+ years of investment accounting experience.
• 2+ years of Excel experience, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
• CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred.
• Knowledge of STAT and GAAP accounting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in monthly, quarterly and annual close cycles.
• Identify and implement accounting improvements to increase efficiency and business value.
• Support implementation of the company’s new ledger and related controls.
• Collaborate with Investment Management and cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance control environment.
