MassMutual is seeking an Accounting Associate II to support investment accounting within the Financial Controllership team. The role reports to the Director of Partnerships and participates in monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, driving improvements and coordinating with business partners across Investment activities.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in investment accounting, strong Excel skills (PivotTables, data analysis), and a CPA or progress toward certification is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of investment accounting experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close cycles.
• Identify and implement accounting improvements to increase efficiency and business value.
• Lead continuous improvement activities within Investment Controllership.
• Collaborate with Investment Management and cross-functional teams to enhance processes.
