Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting, reporting, controls and/or governance experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and statutory accounting.
• Financial reporting experience on alternative investments.
• Experience in legal entity controller roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to tell the data story.
• Effective written and verbal communication to leadership and regulators.

Responsabilités

• Support accounting, reporting, and control activities for MassMutual’s non-insurance subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with Investment Management and other stakeholders to analyze transactions and resolve issues.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles and audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits and provide concise executive summaries.
