Job summary

The Vanguard Group is seeking a security professional to conduct assessments, mitigate vulnerabilities, and support incident response across our sites in the United States. You will advise project teams and site leadership on security controls and risk reductions, while helping to strengthen workplace security programs and emergency preparedness.

The role requires strong collaboration with Facilities, Technology, vendors, and law enforcement partners.

Qualifications

• Identify security risks, conduct assessments, support investigations, and implement mitigations.
• Build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and communicate security guidance across the organization.
• Knowledge of enterprise security technologies, access control, CCTV, video management, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security assessments, site reviews, and risk evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate threats.
• Support security incident response, investigations, reporting, and corrective action efforts.
• Provide security consultation to business partners, project teams, and site leadership.
• Support workplace security programs, emergency preparedness initiatives, and security awareness efforts.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Technology, business leaders, vendors, and law enforcement on security initiatives.
• Administer and support physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, video management, alarms, and visitor management platforms.
• Support security technology projects, system enhancements, and vendor-led installations and upgrades.
• Assist with security planning for corporate events, construction projects, workplace changes, and other business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen security operations through process improvements, technology, and best practices.
