Job summary

Spectrum seeks a Manager, Corporate Physical Security to lead investigations and regional security operations. You’ll oversee investigators and security specialists, implement security programs, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

You’ll represent Spectrum’s corporate security on committees, brief management and law enforcement, and develop comprehensive security programs to protect personnel, assets, and information across the region. Up to 30% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 10+ years experience in conducting investigations in the military, local law enforcement or corporate security environments
• 2+ years management experience
• Experience managing business resumption/recovery programs

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
