Spectrum Control, Inc. seeks a Director of Corporate Security to lead the company’s security program across cleared sites under NISP. This hands-on leader defines strategy, owns NISP compliance as Corporate FSO, and partners with IT/Cybersecurity and ISSM.

The role oversees multi-site operations, reports to senior leadership, engages DCSA and government stakeholders, and drives risk reduction, training, and incident response across physical, personnel, and information security.

Qualifikationen

• Active DoD Secret clearance required; TS eligibility preferred.
• CPP, PSP, or ISP certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, DCSA review processes, NBIS/NISS, FOCI and FCL management, and CUI, ITAR/EAR, and TCP implementation.

Aufgaben

• Develop a multi-year enterprise security strategy aligned to growth, contracts, and risk.
• Own facility clearance (FCL) strategy; sponsor and manage FOCI mitigation.
• Serve as ITPSO for insider threat program including training, analysis, and reporting.
• Establish physical security and access standards across sites; oversee clearance processing.
• Lead corporate security staff and standardize practices across sites; drive accountability.
• Act as senior liaison to DCSA, customers, and government agencies; manage escalation path.
• Direct self-inspection and readiness assessment programs; close findings and report trends.
• Oversee investigations and incident response with Legal, HR, and Compliance.
• Protect CUI and ITAR/EAR; integrate physical, personnel, and information security controls.
• Provide security input on proposals, new programs, M&A diligence, and supply-chain risk.
• Develop and deliver role-based security training.
