Role Overview

The Corporate Security Agent supports protective security operations in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is responsible for:

• Ensuring the safety and security of employees.
• Monitoring security systems, alarms, cameras, and badge readers.
• Managing access control for visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Opportunities for travel on special assignments.
• Building relationships and communicating effectively with staff and stakeholders.
• Maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
• Working irregular or extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Collaborating with intelligence teams, security centers, private security firms, and law enforcement to identify and mitigate threats.
• Detecting and reporting suspicious activities and vulnerabilities.
• Adapting to a dynamic, multifaceted environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Participation in random drug screenings.
• Completion of physical readiness tests prior to employment.
• Passing pre-employment background checks.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. passport.
• Ability to obtain a state guard card license.
• Experience in ERT, military, law enforcement, or executive protection is preferred.
• Training in incident response, emergency medicine, or related fields is advantageous.
• Professional, friendly communication skills and a positive attitude.
