A leading lodging franchisor is seeking a Global Corporate Sales Director to drive revenue growth through strategic account management. This remote role involves building relationships with corporate clients, negotiating complex deals, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a strong B2B sales background and the ability to travel frequently.
Choice Hotels, one of the world’s largest lodging franchisors, has an exciting new opportunity for our Global Corporate Sales Director to join our Global Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for growing business with large corporate accounts. You will oversee a portfolio of approximately $20-30M across 25 accounts, aiming for a minimum annual revenue growth of 20-25%, primarily through increased share of wallet from existing accounts and secondarily through acquiring new strategic accounts.
This position is remote, with virtual connectivity via Zoom, and periodic in-person travel to our offices in North Bethesda, MD, or Scottsdale, AZ, as well as nationwide travel for events and visits.
The annual salary range is $102,345 to $124,207 plus commission through the Global Sales Incentive Plan. Compensation will depend on various factors including experience, education, and performance.
