Job summary

alooola is a wealth management platform focused on medical professionals and corporate employees. The role involves meeting with and servicing an existing client base while pursuing new business development for the corporate 401(k) retirement plan line.

You will travel to client offices and present plans, build a robust CRM-driven pipeline, and collaborate with advisory teams to ensure proposals are deliverable.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses nationwide.
• Comfort representing the company in person to clients.
• Ability to manage a long-term sales pipeline and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and handoff.
• Travel to client offices for in-person meetings with 401(k) plans.
• Build notes and a robust pipeline in the CRM.
• Collaborate with advisory and plan design teams to ensure deliverability.
• Proactively reach out to plan participants and clients to schedule meetings.
