Alerus Financial is seeking an Account Manager to support day-to-day client service and act as the primary contact for plan-related questions. You will coordinate with internal teams, maintain relationships, and ensure timely resolution of items for retirement plans.

The role emphasizes client service, CRM usage, and collaboration across sales and operations, with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in defined contribution plan customer service or client relationships.
• ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals course must be taken and passed within 12 months of hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain positive relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client inquiries and support.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to ensure client needs are met.
• Track account activity and update CRM tools and documentation regularly.
• Learn to manage non compliance tested accounts as well as full service accounts under guidance.
