Job summary

alooola is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to service an existing client base and develop new business nationwide, primarily for corporate retirement plans (401(k)). In the first 90 days you will inherit 150–200 clients for outreach, schedule 5–8 in-person meetings, and identify opportunities to optimize plan allocations.

You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and travel to client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience selling retirement plans (401(k)/403(b)) to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Able to travel ~20% and present to client groups.
• Comfortable being the face of the company in meetings.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ethical and professional sales approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and onboarding.
• Meet with and service an existing client base while developing new business nationwide.
• Travel to client offices for on-site presentations.
• Maintain notes and pipeline in CRM; collaborate with advisory teams.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with plan participants and clients.
