Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiting Specialist in Green Bay to support our full-cycle recruiting team. The Senior Corporate Recruiting Specialist will positively impact the candidate experience by making a strong first impression and handling the recruiting and onboarding process from start to finish.

In this role you will schedule interviews, coordinate calendars with hiring managers, distribute materials to candidates and interview panels, and monitor pre-hire steps such as

Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, business administration, sales or related field.
• 2 or more years of recruiting or human resources experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in scheduling, customer service or outbound calling is preferred.
