Qualifications

• Associate degree in human resources, business administration, sales or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience.

• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or outbound calling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone screens and interviews with the interview team.
• Coordinate with hiring managers on calendar availability for interviews.
• Distribute final interview materials to candidates and panels.
• Monitor pre-hire requirements including background checks and drug screens.
• Manage general recruiting email boxes and provide responses.
