We are looking for top tier talentSource and Outreach: Build active candidate pipelines using cold calls, emails, networking, and job boards.Evaluate candidates to check their communication skills, drive, and past sales performance.Ensure a frictionless candidate experience across a maximum of three interviews. Deliver a fast, transparent, and candidate-centric experience at every stage - from first outreach to through offer acceptance and onboarding. Send prompt acknowledgement and status updates to all candidates at key milestones; no candidate is left without a response.You will serve as a true talent advisor, bringing market intelligence, sharp candidate assessment and a proven ability to close in a fast-moving, scarce-talent environmentEnsure Workday compliance is metMaintain current knowledge of necessary and applicable laws, regulations and trends in recruitment.Help support the college recruitment process by developing & maintaining relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, & employment agency contacts to help identify and source qualified talent.Attend career fairs.CompetenciesAbility to work in an entrepreneurial environment with limited resourcesExcellent communication and influencing skillsCan work under pressureAbility to work on own without a lot of guidanceCreative in the recruiting processExperience3+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience.Sales recruiting experience is a must.Experience with multi-site locations a plusEducationBachelor’s degree preferredSoftware RequirementsVery apt on Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.
