Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions.
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-closing and offering candidates for the Corporate Recruiter's own requisitions.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates on assigned roles, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
• Pre-closes candidates by confirming compensation expectations, start dates, and other key details prior to extending offers.
• Continued support in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partners with team members to identify bottlenecks and provide additional support in sourcing qualified candidates.
