Job summary

Onward Group Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for internal teams across new divisions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment with staffing or sales recruiting experience and can manage multiple open roles with urgency.

Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, sourcing and screening candidates, and maintaining momentum to meet weekly KPIs.

Qualifications

• Staffing industry recruiting experience is required or candidates must have recruiting experience for sales roles.
• Ability to work with speed, urgency, and minimal oversight while meeting weekly KPIs.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families and seniority levels.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Ability to step in quickly and operate independently.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience recruiting in the staffing industry or hiring for sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full‑cycle internal recruiting including roles across Sales, Recruiting, Leadership (VP‑level) and emerging business divisions
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal tools, and proactive outreach
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Track activity and results against established weekly KPIs and adjust recruiting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals
• Provide a strong candidate experience while moving quickly and decisively

Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience and a performance-based bonus tied to hiring goals. Benefits and vacation package offered to full-time employees.
