Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate positions using ATS tools, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess fit and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain ATS records.
• Extend verbal and written job offers and guide onboarding steps.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain talent pools.
• Support job postings on internal and external platforms.
• Serve as bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and employees.

Location: Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota, FL Salary: $55,000 and up PLUS

Accurate Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate internal positions while also supporting the onboarding and training of newly hired employees. Your communication skills (both English/Spanish are preferred) will be essential in connecting with a diverse candidate pool and workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate, administrative, and industrial positions using ATS tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, culture fit, and salary expectations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Extend verbal and written job offers and guide candidates through pre-employment steps (background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.)
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain talent pools for frequently hired positions
• Assist with job posting creation and maintenance on internal and external platforms
• Serve as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking candidates and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Support outreach efforts to bilingual and multicultural communities to expand the candidate pipeline

Qualifications

Required

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, candidate-friendly demeanor
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Understanding of and experience with AI

Preferred

• Proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (nice but not necessary) - verbal and written
• Prior internship or work experience in recruiting, HR, sales or staffing
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR
• Experience creating or delivering onboarding content
• Knowledge of EEOC guidelines and general employment law basics
