Regal, the world’s second-largest cinema operator, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Knoxville, Tennessee. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting across finance, commercial, HR technology, marketing and other corporate functions, partnering with hiring leaders to shape how Regal attracts and hires talent.

Description

If corporate recruiting is your bread and butter, especially within large enterprise organizations, this could be the role for you.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Regal, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate functions, supporting teams in Finance, Commercial, HR Technology, Marketing, and other business areas. You'll partner with hiring leaders, manage searches ranging from entry-level professionals to senior managers, and help shape how the world's 2nd largest cinema operator attracts and hires talent.

You'll join a 5-person global Talent Acquisition team that's evolving from a transactional recruiting function into a more strategic partner to the business, giving you the opportunity to make an impact beyond filling open roles. Interested? Keep reading!

What You’ll Do

• Manage 10-30 open requisitions at a time, spanning entry-level to senior manager roles
• Own recruiting efforts across a variety of corporate functions, such as finance, legal, and D&T
• Strategically partner with hiring managers, influencing decisions through data, market insights, and thoughtful consultation
• Deliverbest-in-class recruiting experiences to both candidates and hiring teams
• Help evolve Talent Acquisition into a more strategic function by introducing new ideas, sharing best practices, and continually raising the bar
• Collaborate with and mentor fellow recruiters, sharing sourcing strategies, recruiting expertise, and lessons learned
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects and process improvements that enhance recruiter effectiveness, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes

• You’re comfortable managing 15+ open requisitions at a time while maintaining a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
• You see yourself as a strategic partner, not just a recruiter, and enjoy sharing insights,helping hiring leaders think through talent challenges and hiring decisions
• Sourcing is one of your strengths, and you know how to identify and engage talent through a variety of channels beyond LinkedIn Recruiter (which we also use!)
• You enjoy building relationships and can quickly establish credibility with everyone from individual contributors to senior leaders
• You're comfortable asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions when appropriate, and using data to guide decision-making
• You're naturally curious, continuously looking for ways to improve your craft, and willing to share ideas and best practices with the broader team
