In this entry-level role, you will handle calls, emails, and inquiries from initial quote to final payment, coordinate with theatre teams, and maintain accurate records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; theatre, entertainment, hospitality, call center, or sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a drive to meet sales goals.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries by phone and email for group tickets, private screenings, and events.
• Recommend Regal products and services based on customer needs to maximize sales.
• Prepare quotes, process bookings, collect payments, and ensure accurate event details.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and other tools.

Please Note: This is a temporary seasonal position supporting Regal's Group Sales team during the holiday season.

Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers create memorable experiences? As a Group Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to book group outings, private screenings, and special events at Regal theatres across the country. You'll combine exceptional customer service with a sales-driven mindset to recommend the right solutions, build relationships, and help drive revenue for the business.

In this entry-level sales role, you'll work in a fast-paced environment handling phone calls, emails, and online inquiries while managing bookings from initial quote to final payment. What will you be doing?
