Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple clients across locations. You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure proper candidate evaluation.

The role requires experience in high-volume recruiting, proficiency with ATS/CRM tools like Salesforce and UltiPro, and the ability to build diverse talent pipelines. Travel up to 20% is possible, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience.
• Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or CRM systems such as Salesforce, UltiPro.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals for various stakeholder groups.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing initiatives and ensure proper candidate assessment.
• Maintain applicant and interview data in the ATS and supporting systems.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions.

About the role:The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective regions. The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the organization's evolving needs and ensure the best talent for each position.
