Qualifications

• Moderate physical demand and travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility-related capital projects from initiation through closeout, including renovations and expansions.
• Facilitate project planning with internal stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Maintain accountability for safety compliance and quality of execution.
• Select and manage vendors to ensure contract compliance and performance standards.
• Plan projects to minimize disruption to ongoing operations.
