Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years of experience in project management, design, urban planning, real estate, property management, facilities operation management, and/or construction.
• Strong analytical skills with knowledge of design, property management and/or construction of real estate.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides full support in implementing multipronged real estate development across all project phases (site acquisition, contracts, design, financing, construction, leasing/marketing).
• Maintains relationships with contractors/vendors and oversees their work to ensure quality and timelines.
• Ensures documentation and reporting for grants and public-private partnerships; supports transition from development to operations.
