You will support sophisticated transactional matters, prepare and file business entity documents, handle governance and entity maintenance, review deeds and property records, and assist with due diligence, closings, and transaction-related document management.

Qualifications

• Paralegal experience in corporate law, real estate law, or both.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial real estate and corporate transactions
• Prepare and file business entity formation documents
• Assist with corporate governance and organizational documents
• Handle Secretary of State filings and entity maintenance
• Order and review deeds, property records, and transactional documents
• Assist with due diligence, closing checklists, and closings
• Manage electronic files and transaction-related documentation
• Support attorneys across multiple transactional matters
