Job summary

LHH in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Corporate & Real Estate Paralegal to join a growing Texas law firm’s office on a fully onsite basis. You will support sophisticated transactional matters, prepare and file business entity documents, handle governance and entity maintenance, review deeds and property records, and assist with due diligence, closings, and transaction-related document management.
