• Paralegal experience in corporate law, real estate law, or both.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with commercial real estate and corporate transactions
• Prepare and file business entity formation documents
• Draft and process organizational and corporate governance documents
• Handle Secretary of State filings and related compliance matters
• Order and review deeds, property records, and transaction-related documents
• Assist with closing checklists, entity maintenance, and due diligence
• Manage electronic files and transactional document organization
• Coordinate certified mail, FedEx shipments, and closing documents
• Support multiple legal teams with transaction-related projects
