CRE Analyst/Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire, Full intent to Hire)

Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Banking Industry, is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Analyst/Project Coordinator to govern those working in CRE-related projects. This person will be familiar with CRE operations and functions and be PMO focused. This role provides support with business process projects and initiatives. Projects can range from tracking processes, defining process requirements, process mapping and definition for key metrics and risk controls while also working across various subject matter experts to define best practices all targeted to drive standardization and consistency in our execution processes within the corporate real estate area.

Experience of the right candidate:

• Strong knowledge of Program and Project Governance.
• Prior experience with business process and change management(Corporate Real Estate Focus)
• Experience with Capital budget management

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Assists with a variety of tasks to facilitate CRE PMO operations.
• Guides programs to produce desired results and to enable strategic associate insight.
