We are seeking a Manager to join our Real Estate Consulting practice, focused on corporate real estate (CRE) transformation and strategy. This role sits at the intersection of real estate operational strategy (including People, Process, Technology and Data), workplace transformation, and operational change — helping clients define their operating model to support broader business objectives. The Manager will help lead client engagements, manage teams of consultants and analysts, and serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, from real estate directors to C-suite executives. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused leadership role suited to someone with strong strategic thinking, project leadership experience, and experience in the CRE domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement leadership: Lead and manage multiple concurrent client engagements related to real estate operational strategy and implementation of the strategy, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Strategy development: Develop real estate strategies and transformation roadmaps aligned to client business goals and objectives process optimization, technology strategy, data strategy, and operating models.
- Client relationship management: Serve as the day-to-day client contact, building trusted advisor relationships with mid-to-senior client stakeholders and managing expectations, scope, and communications.
- Team leadership: Manage, coach, and develop teams of consultants and analysts; oversee workplan development, task delegation, and quality review of deliverables.
- Change management: Support clients through organizational change associated with real estate transformation, including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, and adoption strategies.
- Business development: Contribute to proposal development, scoping, and pricing for new engagements; identify opportunities to expand work with existing clients.
- Thought leadership: Contribute to the development of points of view, frameworks, and methodologies that advance the firm's real estate transformation and strategy offerings.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams across workplace design, technology, financial advisory, and project management to deliver integrated solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field (MBA or related graduate degree a plus).
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in real estate consulting, corporate real estate, management consulting, or real estate operational experience, with demonstrated progression into a management or engagement-leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with occupancy/utilization data, financial modeling, and business case development.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven consulting environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior client stakeholders.

Reporting Structure
Reports to the Director or Principal within the Real Estate Consulting practice. Manages a team of 2–5 consultants/analysts per engagement, depending on scope.
