A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate & Private Equity Partner with 8–15 years of sophisticated transactional experience to join its established Corporate and Private Equity practice. This opportunity offers the chance to work on complex, high-value middle-market transactions, advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers, and founders on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and strategic exits.

Job Requirements

• 8–15 years of meaningful corporate and transactional experience gained at a leading law firm or in a comparable legal environment.
• Significant experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and other sophisticated corporate transactions.
• A strong track record representing private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, founders in exits to private equity, management teams, and/or strategic buyers.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and commercial judgment skills, with the ability to manage complex transactions from inception through closing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously while working effectively within collaborative, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities, with an entrepreneurial approach to practice growth.
• High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a genuine commitment to a collegial, team-oriented culture.
• Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
