The Denver office of a leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate & Private Equity Partner with 8–15 years of sophisticated corporate and transactional experience, focused on M&A and private equity.

The partner will counsel clients on middle-market transactions, manage complex negotiations, and lead deal teams. Colorado Bar admission required and collaboration with lenders, accountants, and opposing counsel is expected.

A leading national law firm is seeking a Corporate & Private Equity Partner to join its Denver office.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 15 years of sophisticated corporate and transactional experience, with a strong focus on M&A and private equity transactions.

The Opportunity

The partner will join an established Corporate and Private Equity team advising clients on middle market transactions, typically involving enterprise values between $20 million and $250 million.

The practice represents private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, strategic buyers, founders, and management teams across acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and exit transactions.
