Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years paralegal experience in corporate or law firm setting.
• Supports transactional matters including commercial contracts and governance.
• Excellent organizational skills and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Review, organize, track, and archive legal documents and commercial agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence materials for real estate and project transactions.
• Assist with equity and debt financing documentation and closing deliverables.
• Maintain corporate records and contract repositories; ensure accuracy and up-to-date files.
• Coordinate document execution via DocuSign and monitor contract lifecycles.
