Hasbro is seeking a motivated paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join our Legal Department, supporting employment law, litigation, corporate securities, and commercial law across a global organization. The role is onsite with Boston and Pawtucket locations, requiring collaboration with Finance and business teams while handling sensitive matters with discretion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in corporate securities, or commercial transactions.
• Associate's Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and teamwork.
• Ability to work with attorneys, Finance, and business managers at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize a substantial workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior in-house experience is a plus.
• Expertise in anti-bribery and compliance due diligence for third parties.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate securities matters, including SEC filings and compliance calendars.
• Assist with corporate governance materials and annual meeting preparations.
• Draft and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and contracts.
• Research securities regulations and commercial law developments.
• Respond to legal inquiries from Finance and business partners.
• Manage outside counsel relationships, including invoices and budgets.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to identify legal risks and policy needs.
• Lead anti-bribery due diligence for global third parties and provide clearance.
