Job summary

Pillar Income Asset Management, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our Dallas-based legal team. This role provides in-house paralegal support to the General Counsel, focusing on corporate governance, entity management, real estate transactions, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of corporate/paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree, and preferably an ABA-approved paralegal certificate. Proficiency in MS Office and e-signature tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ABA-approved paralegal certificate preferred.
• 2–5 years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and e-signature software.
• Familiarity with entity management systems (e.g., NRAI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate governance, entity management, and dissolution of entities.
• Prepare filings, amendments, and corporate records.
• Support acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily and commercial properties.
• Assemble due diligence materials and closing packages.
• Coordinate document execution under supervision of legal counsel.
• Respond to internal requests for corporate documentation.
