Roessel Joy client, a growing real estate investment and development company, seeks a Corporate Paralegal for a 6-12 month temporary assignment. The role focuses on supporting commercial contracts, legal documentation, and day-to-day corporate operations.

You will review, draft, and redline agreements, coordinate approvals, and maintain accurate corporate files, with remote Mondays and Fridays and onsite Tue–Thu.

Competenze

• 2–5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong experience supporting commercial contracts and corporate matters.
• Hands-on drafting, redlining, and revisions of agreements.
• Experience moving contracts through review, approvals, and execution.
• Familiarity with contract terminology and corporate documentation.
• Experience with vendors, partners, and outside counsel.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with a CLM or document management system is a plus.
• Background in real estate, construction, development, architecture, or related fields preferred.

Mansioni

• Review, draft, and redline MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, change orders, and vendor agreements.
• Support attorneys with contract review, revisions, negotiations, and execution.
• Coordinate contracts through internal approvals and electronic signature.
• Communicate with vendors, business partners, and outside counsel on requirements.
• Track contract status, renewals, and key obligations.
• Maintain organized corporate, contract, and legal files.
• Manage contract data in internal databases and CLM systems.
• Review vendor insurance certificates and compliance requirements.
• Assist with corporate and real estate-related legal docs and due diligence.
• Coordinate signatures, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with close-out and proper maintenance of executed agreements.
• Prepare contract summaries, reports, and status updates.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys on special projects.
• Provide general corporate legal and paralegal support.
