Job summary

Anuvu is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal with 2-3 years of experience to join our legal team in a hybrid role in Houston, TX. You will support governance, legal operations, compliance, and treasury-related KYC activities while ensuring efficient operations.

You’ll collaborate with Treasury, Finance, and external counsel, maintain corporate records, organize governance docs, and assist with contracts and regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; paralegal certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of corporate paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters.
• Familiarity with regulatory filings and corporate records management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update corporate records and governance files.
• Create organizational charts reflecting ownership structures and reporting.
• Manage director/officer lists and registered agent data.
• Organize subsidiary folders with formation and governance documents.
• Coordinate annual corporate maintenance activities and filings.
• Support treasury/KYC requests and related documentation.
• Oversee compliance inbox and coordinate responses.
• Assist with due diligence, audits, and policy administration.
• Prepare and file annual corporate reports with governmental agencies.
• Draft, review, and revise routine contracts and NDAs.
• Research regulatory topics and provide summaries.
• Support legal operations: PO administration and invoicing.
• Track contract execution and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.
