Job summary

Welltower Inc. seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support the Legal Department, focusing on fund compliance for the Company’s RIA and governance matters. You will manage administration, governance materials, and special projects across the fund platform.

Requirements include 3–5 years in a paralegal/related role, knowledge of private funds and RIAs, and a background check. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with strong growth and benefits, based in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paralegal, legal assistant, compliance, or related role.
• Experience with corporate governance, entity management, private funds, or RIAs compliance preferred.
• Background checks and screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of fund compliance platforms and SEC filings.
• Coordinate governance materials, resolutions, and consents.
• Maintain compliance records and document repositories.
• Support Corporate Secretary with records, minute books, and filings.
• Handle KYC requests and due diligence coordination.
