Welltower Inc. seeks a Corporate and Entity Management Paralegal to support the legal department with entity management, governance matters, and project coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of paralegal experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong experience with entity management systems. You will liaise with external counsel, assist with transactions, and help optimize processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• At least 5–10 years of paralegal experience with entity management focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; alternative is 5+ years of paralegal experience with credentials.
• Experience with corporate secretary functions and CSC entity management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update corporate entity management records across jurisdictions.
• Oversee compliance, including qualifications to do business and fictitious name filings.
• Prepare corporate resolutions and documents for review and signature.
• Provide entity support for transactions and structuring.
• Collaborate with Counsel on strategy and process improvements.
