The role supports attorneys, paralegals, and clients in a dynamic legal environment, with emphasis on confidentiality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Hybrid work in Washington state is available, with a compensation range reflecting market conditions.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Strong timekeeping and attendance standards.
• Experience in a law firm environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with entity formations, qualifications, annual reports, and governance documentation.
• Maintain corporate records, stock ledgers, capitalization tables, and equity plan documentation.
• Support securities research, state and federal filings, and due diligence.
• Draft transaction documents and assist with venture capital financings and closing activities.
• Conduct online research and gather information from clients, third parties, and government agencies.
• Track and maintain deadlines and prepare materials for internal and external distribution.
• Build positive client relationships while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate time records and uphold the firm's standards for professionalism, reliability, and attendance.
