LHH is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a position located in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a Hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 days in-office). The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.

• Maintain legal separation of entities
• Redline documents and take notes
• Perform legal research
• Review, track, and monitor legislation impacting products and processes
• Update leadership with summaries of new legislation and regulations
• Assist with contract changes to comply with legislation/regulations
• Renew and maintain company licensing
• Draft, file, and manage business entity documents for LLCs and partnerships
• Draft, review, and analyze legal contracts and correspondence under the direction of the General Counsel
• Work independently and assist with business operations and administrative responsibilities
