The Corporate Paralegal is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. This role supports the legal and corporate functions by drafting and reviewing corporate documents, maintaining corporate records and minute books, and assisting with entity formations, qualifications, and dissolutions in multiple jurisdictions. The Corporate Paralegal will coordinate contract execution processes, manage document databases, track key dates and obligations, and prepare and file regulatory and compliance documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal and factual research, supporting transaction closings, organizing signature packages, and liaising with internal teams and external counsel to ensure timely and accurate completion of corporate and commercial matters. The role also involves assisting with corporate governance processes, preparing board and shareholder materials, and helping improve legal operations, templates, and workflows.
