Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

A luxury design and staging company known for transforming high‑end residential spaces is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its in‑house legal team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, creative business and enjoys being embedded in operations—not just advising from the sidelines.

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, and organize contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents
• Support corporate governance, entity filings, and compliance matters
• Track and maintain key legal documentation, deadlines, and renewals
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel
• Assist with real estate and leasing documents (experience in real estate, construction, or design is a plus)
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

What We’re Looking For

• Corporate in‑house paralegal experience (or law firm experience with a strong interest in going in‑house)
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, contracts, and compliance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable partnering with executives
