Hydro-Gear is seeking an experienced paralegal to support the in-house legal team. This role suits an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and works independently.

The candidate should have 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a paralegal certificate or related Legal Studies background is a plus. Manufacturing experience is desirable; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage legal intake process, workflow tracking, and record maintenance to ensure timely handling of requests in accordance with established processes.
  • Partner with Legal Counsel to develop and maintain legal playbooks, standard operating procedures, and internal compliance guidance.
  • Oversee Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) management, including preparation, tracking, execution, and record maintenance.
  • Administer contracts by monitoring key milestones, expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage intake and fulfillment of Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests from customers and vendors and liaise with insurance brokers to issue certificates

What You’ll Do
