Job summary

Corporate Paralegal

Prepare and manage corporate documents, including contracts, resolutions, and organizational filings.

Coordinate and oversee corporate filings with various governmental agencies.

Assist in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.

Maintain and update corporate records and databases.

Support attorneys with corporate governance and compliance matters.

Research legal and regulatory requirements as needed.

Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding corporate matters.

A successful Corporate Paralegal should have:
