MPI, a globally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a Corporate Paralegal in San Francisco to support board materials, resolutions, filings, and corporate governance tasks. You will manage records, assist with due diligence, and coordinate with external counsel in a technology-forward environment.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years in corporate paralegal work, strong research skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of Corporate Paralegal experience.
• Strong research skills with legal research software (Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, CapMx, ShareWorks, Carta).
• Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation.
• Understanding of corporate and securities law, including SEC regulations.
• Excellent communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to conduct thorough legal and factual research.
• Attention to document accuracy and filings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage corporate documents, including board materials and resolutions.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory filings.
• Conduct research to support legal projects.
• Maintain and organize corporate records and contracts.
• Support due diligence and transactional matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel and other departments.
• Handle administrative tasks for the legal department.
• Monitor deadlines and timely submissions of filings.
